Dr. Schaffner has also published professional articles in journals such as Eating Disorders: Journal of Treatment and Prevention. She has spoken at national conferences on topics related to eating disorders, faith, and health. She conducted outcome research at Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders from 2005-2017.
